The Yoga Private Classes can be 1 to 1 (as in 1 teacher to 1 student), 1 to 2 (1 teacher to 2 students) or 1 to 3. Our instructor will give full attention to you during the class and can help you to improve your postures in the most effective way. Every individual has different body composition, framework and alignment. That is why we do a through postural analysis before we start the personal Yoga programme. Yoga is the weighting scale that maintains balance between mind and body – not only to create a strong, health physique but also a clear mind and steady emotions.
